The paint scheme is nice, but the problem is that China has yet to build any helicopter carrier/LHD that can fully utlize a naval Z-10. As of now they have 6 071 LPD which have a limited flight deck and storage for helicopter operations. While the 075 is still as of the time of this post, vapourware as far as anyone can ascertain. The latest claimed photos of the modules being assembled should be taken with a grain of salt until they get better resolutions.

Until such time that a Chinese LHD hits the water, a Naval Z-10 will be of limited use at best.
I will disagree on this, even in the context of the first island chain (or especially depending on how one views it), there is a great necessity for China to posses a potent amphibious capability, both to secure immediate interests and to prevent itself from being boxed it. In further context of that, naval aviation which is independent of aircraft carriers and being more consistent than mainland based air support is a critical aspect. A LHD with a contingent of naval Z-10s can support give much needed support for an amphibious assault. There’s not much demand for LHD platforms. It’ll end up collecting dust and going on humanitarian missions.
With a very limited budget, PLA needs to prioritize the homeland defense mission first. That said, navalizing Z-10 is not necessarily very expensive and it can add healthy firepower to the anti piracy missions.

I expect - or hope - more likely something like this especially with the latest announcement of the Marines getting their own helicopter units.
