Actually every current Attack Helicopter except WZ-10 and majority of A/T-129 only a few have a rather low degree cooling devices on the exhaust.

my guess is that this is the sea variant. The H could possibly stand for Hai which means sea in Chinese.

No, he is not talking about the serial # with LH. He is talking about the "Z-10H" shown below the actual image of the chopper.

He was trying to point out that the number proves that this helicopter is not part of the Navy but rather Army Aviation. So, that still leaves the question unanswered: why is there a "H"?

Related to that, what jumped out at me was how the upper window for the pilot had a slightly more covered up bottom corner compared to the regular one.

Other than that, I haven't exactly done a thorough back and forth comparison.
