In the end, the world will one day need to find themselves in a world without the USA behind them and in the end, this can only be a good thing. Although one must wonder, what state is the USA going to be in a year from now since I cannot imagine that the leadership is going to be able to solve anything, take this crisis with Russia for example, they do t seem to be willing to actually fight for Ukraine as opposed to sending weapons non stop

You do realise that the Crimea was always Russian until Krushev transferred it to Ukraine. IMO it should have been transferred back to Russia with the fall of the Soviet Union.

And Ukraine is a made up entity in the Russian Empire. It was only made into a Soviet like the other Soviets so that the USSR can masquerade as a union, all that fake equality. All those lands the USSR inherited are just Russian Empire lands, filled with Russians. Ukraine is just borderland Russians that spoke with a funny accent.
The Crimea war was fought between Russia and others, not Ukraine vs others afterall.
The problem with choosing the neutral side is that Team Ukraine will then accuse you of being a Putin/Russian shill regardless. We can see this mentality of them in social media/news etc, they just can't understand that some people do not give a sh*t. Like the whole world revolves around them.

This is why it's not as simple as black and white. When this war first started, there were people saying from the get-go how the West reacts it was about China. And what's at the heart of their problem with China? China is a competitor they have no control which is not a crime. They want to punish China for an invasion that hasn't happened and it has nothing to with Ukraine. The countries crying over Ukraine all waged an illegal war in Iraq based on a false pretext which is a war crime according to themselves. Someone should ask Zelensky what are his opinions about the Iraq War because everything he says Russians are doing can be argued there. Some pretty sick stuff happened in Iraq. Ever hear of the US soldier that stalked a young Iraqi girl time and time again and then one day he followed her breaking into her family's home and killed everyone? What I read about it when I scantly come across it is they don't even mention she was probably raped. Why would someone stalk a girl if it wasn't rooted in a sexual nature? When they rape women, they bury it. Rape is always a big theme when countries they don't like they accuse of it all the time. They'll spin it was an act of an individual. How do they know rape of Ukrainians is an order from Moscow which is why they want that as a war crime too? Look at that 12-year old Japanese girl that was raped by US Marines in Japan. The US Admiral in charge said she was probably a prostitute. If the roles were reverse, you don't think Americans would be blaming an entire country and holding them responsible?
I don't know why Putin decided this action. We all know the West wants and acts to make regime change happen where ever they can. They act like they've done nothing to China for China to have an antagonist and distrust worthy attitude towards the West. You just have to look at the lies their governments are willing to tell and are okay with their own people dying because of COVID-19 politics. And we're supposed to believe they dearly care about the rights of the Chinese people...? The West is underhanded with China so if the US is doing that to Russia, then it is their fault. And they think all is okay because they're the good guys. History doesn't say they're the good guys. That's why they want a ban on critical race theory. They don't call them lies because they know it happened. They just don't want their dirty laundry hanging out while they want to hang out everyone else's They say the road to hell is paved with good intentions. The West is going to hell the most because everything they do they hide behind because it's for the good.
That's why this video is so apropos. The US will spin everything out of nothing for their own personal agenda.
As an update, I have learnt recently that he is alive and well. thank God for that and I continue to pray for his safety
