I wouldn't consider doubling in cost as a little bit of cost overrun. I will always be perplexed by the order of 6 each and wanting both designs when it was supposed to be a competition/elimination evaluation. To me, this is the workings of the military industrial complex again.

Well the article is definitely wrong and inaccurate on that count. Russia is not selling that corvette to china, and china doesn't exactly have a desire for such a ship either.

Also I think they said the steregushchy can carry S-400 SAM? That's also way inaccurate.

Article like this are terrible, it is clearly the author have an agenda in his mind, he already made up the conclusion then finding the evidence to support his case, real evidence combined with lies.

What is worst about this is that it made so many factual errors but yet still combined with some truth, so the ignorant reader can be persuaded.

And this is basically the same structure for 95% of all the articles about China in the Western media, and it is getting worse in every other fields of discussion as well.

Journalism like this benefits no one.

exactly.. "Time" magazine has long been an adversary of the US Military . Dating back to the Korean war.

The author took some known information and twisted that info into a failed ship.
