One thing that can be learnt from this war is that even though some people scoff at formations like the US ABCT and PLAGF medium combined arms brigade, this type of all wheel medium armour brigades are in fact critical in keeping up the pace of combat.
Russians don't have an equivalent and they are mixing MBTs, tracked IFVs together with things like trucks (both fuel and supply) and Tigrs and that sort of thing. You are then limited to the max speed of tracked vehicles which is what? 60km/h at best? Compared to the 100km/h that all wheel brigades can sustain. Worse than that by running MBTs and BMPs at 60km/h you are pushing them to the limit and we are seeing all kinds of single vehicle broken and being left behind largely intact.
All wheel brigades are perfectly adequate for pushing into the rear and other weakly defended areas to disrupt the enemy without having to resort to unsustainable speed with tracked vehicles, you often need speed and not the heavier punch or armour of a Russian mixed BTG.
