4. Lack of UAVs is really, really telling. The Georgians used them when they faced off with the RUssians and they were quite effective. One of the take aways from the conflict was the Russians needed to work on their own. That's the origin of the Orion and Ohotnik. The persistent and relatively cheap recon would have been a wildly useful. And, yet, as other users have pointed out, all we seem to see are crickets sounds when it comes to the buzzing of the drones.
alternative theory is that they may not want advertise or expose drone communication by sending them first.
there is no TB-2 drones either. if all TB-2 drone destroyed either in air or ground than they really precise.
drone can create footage right from the start.

I think they are moving ICBMs into Moscow, as Moscow is under the protection of A-135 anti-ballistic missile system, with nuclear tipped interceptors.

Remember, the US counterpart built during the cold war was dedicated to protect the US ICBM silo fields. Moving mobile ICBM under the ABM umbrella here achieves the same result.

Kharkov: very heavy mopping up operation

Kiev: blocked from the West and under attack, the authorities are distributing weapons
Gostomel airport has been captured by Russian forces
Zaporozhie: Russian forces expected there tomorrow
A land corridor from Crimea to Russia should be opened by tomorrow.
Odessa: big question mark – so far, not Russian attacks reported (that I know of)
