Russians have great experience from Syria in precision ground strikes against stationary targets; however they are limited offensively to bombing predominantly stationary targets due to a lack of sophisticated guided munitions and targeting pods which negates CAS to dumb fire rockets and helicopters; limiting RuAF effectiveness in any ground conflict.
Yes the biggest problem for Russia is not enough PGMs.
They don't have enough of a stockpile or production capacity to use them freely as they want.
It'll be a real problem for any military engaged in high intensity conflict. Even the United States will run out in a month.

Throwing a few a day at insurgents is one thing, using hundreds a day, you'll run out quickly and switch to unguided munitions.

In whole day there is no operation videos of Turkish drones. there is only one instance of Ukraine MIG. and i doubt it has EW pods.
most of Russian crashes are due low altitude flying. but i doubt any have seen any Su-34 or Su-35 over Ukraine. some thing does not add up.

Deino,

Even the Ukrainian president claimed that Russia is determined to assassinate him and his family and some other high value assets. Maybe it is uncomfortable to talk about killing a president. However, I still remember all major news outlets in the West talking about taking out Saddam and Kim and their confidants. I don't have a problem if you prohibited such discussion but it is a common practice in a war to employ such strategy that members might not see any wrong for talking about such tactic. I ask the moderators team to reconsider the ban. I don't think it is justified.
