Yet another ugly scene; people from Kramatorsk had been trying to evacuate after learning the prospect of war coming to them wasn't far away. A large number of civilians have now been hit close to the railway station and I've seen both sides pointing the blame finger.

looks like the hammer is dropping in Donbass soon. And by dropping the hammer I mean Putin is going to surrender and hand Zelensky the seal of Moscow.

They sure love to claim "Russia running out of Iskander missile" Despite that Tochka U was spotted in Belarus as early as February i think and from the same account.

and with Kiev withdrawal.. i wonder why Tochka U are even there, unless they want to shoot at Kiev or anything in Northern Ukraine. It does not have range to Reach Donetsk from Belarus. Unless Russia also deploy Tochka in Donetsk or Luhansk too.
Difference between observations and statement.

"russia moving Tochka U missiles " is an observation.

"russia running out of Iskanders" is a statement, based on a very weak evidence, ie, spoted movement of Tochkas.

To know if the missile inventory is low you need to know an up to date number about the inventory, NOT observe the movement of a different missile system.

Look at all those countries with red boxes: bastions of human rights, individual freedom, and overall high quality of life! LOL
other than certain countries with millions sacrificed to COVID, green countries also include shining superpower super rich liberal democratic beacons like Chad, Cote D'Ivoire, Libya, Liberia, Sierre Leone, Timor Leste, Haiti and Malawi.

Yup, I just did a quick Google map distance measurement check, and Tochka-U would have been out of range if it was from Belarus to Kramatorsk. So unless Russia moved those somewhere closer within range, this might be shot by the Ukrainian side. Also should factor in accuracy, and judging by the amount damage that Tochka-U did, the launching point should be within a comfortable range.

you should see how Western media actually cling to that even when the evidence is weak or nonexsistent. it's mindboggling TBH.

I suspect DNR or LHR troops did capture Ukrainian Tochka tho and brought it back operational. They might also been provided with Russian legacy stock.

Haven't seen anyone in twitter making claims yet where the missile came from, and what motives they would have to shoot a missile there.

Didn't Ukraine launch a Tochka towards Donestk, at the start of the war, that got intercepted but the debris still killed people and then the Ukrainian government used the images of the aftermath to blame Russia?.

I mean, we do know how little regard the Ukrainian governement has for the people of Luhansk and Donestk since 2014 so I wouldn't put such an attack past them and it doesn't make sense for Russia, tactically or strategically to do it, specially if they intend to annex the entire oblast.

But we'll see.

While they are putting out the narrative of Russia being low in missile inventory. is there any official count on how much Tochka-U Ukraine has? Do they have the ability to produce them before and now? And how much of them did they used already?

No, sadly.

Production of Tochka missile are done by Kolomna design bureau (KBM) In Russia so, it's unlikely Ukraine has the ability or production line for that. Their stock are legacy of Soviet era.
