Or you rancomly scatter ATGM everywhere in the country, and wait for tanks, when they turn up shoot a few and , the ATGM team killed, and the next one ?

The soldiers can't sit onto the ATGM and fly to the tanks, problem is this tactic EXPECT THAT THE TANK GOES TO THE ATGM.
Means the Ukrainan just sitting duck, they need to use they grandmother in Liviv as a shield agaisnt the Russians, and shoot behind her.
Or go to the open field, and get killed by helicopters/planes.

I hope Russia can win decisively from now on and no more blunders or miscalculate.

Any official confirmation that its downed by a MANPAD? I asked another user awhile ago, and they think it might be downed by Buk-1M. But yes, this is a big loss for Russia.
What business these has with ATGMs?
A BUK radar can be destroyed by machine gun, unarmored trucks / cars as well.
