He's lying through his teeth about Azov fighters not being in civilian areas. Azov have posted several videos in the last week which were clearly from apartment buildings. My guess is he's hiding in one of those civilian areas and hopes to make a run for it.
He seems to be hoping that the Russian soldiers be "professional". I guess he hasn't been reading what the person he handed his twitter account has been saying about Russians.

Nah, Ukrainian propaganda is that they portray it as being hit by a Tochka. Rather then that it was a someone likely fucked up handling ammunition.

Yeah, that's clearly a guided missile and not a lucky shot from a Tochka-U. Hopefully the Russians realise the fact the Ukrainians now have anti-ship missiles and don't wait for another ship to be hit before doing something about it.
Which begs the question, fired from where?
If it was a guided missile strike, I would have thought that the Ukrainians would have produced footage of the attack and impact, either from a targeting drone or from a direct feed from the missile.
There is no such footage (at time of writing) and there is no footage of an initial explosion. All footage seems to be ground based and responding to a fire on board the ship that was already alight. Explosions followed later.
Well we saw all too clearly what happens when a missile hits a large amount of ammunition, just a few days ago in Kiev, as this looks nothing like. To me, this looks more like a fire caused by mishandling or poorly stored munitions.
