Ukraine will not compromise when it comes to its “territorial integrity,” but is determined to continue negotiations with Russia to bring an end to the war, President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.

“Any compromises related to our territorial integrity and our sovereignty” could not be made, he said, adding that “you cannot just make a president of another country recognize anything by the use of force.”

I think they would want to spare Odessa the damage done to Mariupol though, but they may be forced to act if the Ukrainians start killing civilians again.

Ultimately it's game of waiting for the Ukrainian military to collapse. They'll keep working away at the edges with small advances and skirmishes while completely obliterating their bases, warehouses and supply lines. When that happens it's game over for Ukraine as a nation.

If NATO doesn't ditch Ukraine before it happens then it's GG for them as a credible alliance too.

Apparently this is exactly what is happening right now. From some relatives in Poland I hear that they are mobilizing and many Patriot SAMs are seen on the streets rolling towards the border. I guess we will see some more Mr. Kinzhal in action.

What a time to be alive where you are in full combat mode, soldiers shooting each other, firing anti-tank weapons, flatting your ass and you are sitting there and twitting shiet. I don't know is this the equivalent of the journals soldiers wrote in WW2?

Their mental state must not be too good right now. They think it's the 22nd century and a no fly zone is being set up.

Those base attacks must be particularly demoralizing for the Ukrainians. After some high profile coverage of that Yavoriv strike near the Polish border, and then the Nicolaev strike yesterday where basically any entire company's worth of troops were killed, there has been no coverage of the base strike today in the Western or Ukraine media, except a brief report on Al Jazeera which cites Russian sources. Russia claims they wiped out another 100 Ukr and mercenary forces. I guess Ukr has decided to neither confirm or deny it.

Also, some unconfirmed reports that Belarus may join soon after all. Belarus military vehicles seen marked with red squares.
