Y'know, I've wondered a couple times if this isn't an exercise for the Russians to see how well the West can see into their communications. A huge counterintel op maskirovka. That would be...amazing, but this would have been a massive financial cost. Then again, oil has gone waaay up to help cover.
I’ve already considered that several pages back. It’s a good idea, particularly for HUMINT.

Security Alert: U.S. Mission Russia (February 20, 2022)

Location: Russia
Event: According to media sources, there have been threats of attacks against shopping centers, railway and metro stations, and other public gathering places in major urban areas, including Moscow and St. Petersburg as well as in areas of heightened tension along the Russian border with Ukraine.

So, does the CIA know something we don't?

Spicy. But has he asked his master's opinion about that? If not, he will soon find out that no nuclear power would want Ukraine to get nuclear weapons. Same reason why Russia and China don't want a nuclear Iran

signed by US, UK, and Russia in exchange for Ukrainian denuclearization. According to Western analyst, Ukraine had the technological capacity to break the Russian authorization codes and establish full operational control over its nuclear arsenal within 12 to 18 month. (

) Ukraine didn't have much of a choice when all 3 powers DEMAND you to denuclearize (US, UK, Russia).

However, Russia's FM Lavrov interprets the Budapest Memorandum as : "

" rather than "We will promise to respect your sovereignty if you gave up nukes." Ouch! So if Ukraine wants to revisit the Budapest Memorandum if Russia annexes Donbass, then that is fair game according to the agreement signed by US, UK, and Russia.

This is one reason why North Korea will never give up its nuclear weapons, seeing what the imperialists did to Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and now Ukraine. Thank god China has nuclear weapons, or we will have been splintered into tiny statelets decades ago.

So much for Russia withdrawing after the exercises.

Russia closed the Sea of Azov airspace:

Well, at least I thank our Russian brothers for waiting to starting the invasion activities after the Beijing Olympics ended and not steal the spotlight from China's big and important event. That is very considerate from Beijing's perspective for the Olympics to not be overshadowed media-wise.

Not exactly. It’s more like your toxic asshole neighbour finally left your neighbourhood. When the UK left brexit it meant British US Puppet Influence over the EU has weaken because they no longer have a voice to dictate the EU future.
Actually, US leverage over EU increased when UK left the EU. With Britain in EU, EU’s leverage over the UK exceed those of the US, and EU‘s strength and leverage over the US was correspondingly greater.
With UK out, US leverage over the UK becomes total, and a weakened EU’s leverage over the US also correspondingly decreases.

briexit is a massive boon to US power in Europe.

Russia does not need to invade anything. They can obliterate the supply lines of the Ukrainian army with MRLS if they want. They don't even need to use Iskander.
