Both Russia and China are not please with the fact that the US is aggressively expanding its missiles and missiles defense system in their front yard.

Y'know, I've wondered a couple times if this isn't an exercise for the Russians to see how well the West can see into their communications. A huge counterintel op maskirovka. That would be...amazing, but this would have been a massive financial cost. Then again, oil has gone waaay up to help cover.
