If that was true, it also implies that offensive ballistic missiles are not that accurate or effective either
Given that things seem to be moving fast and the rhetoric is reaching new heights, here is a my own round up of the last 24 hours events.
A map online from DNR/LNR sources claiming this was captured from the Ukrainian army with their plans for an invasion of those regions. I make no claims for its veracity and also have severe doubts the Ukrainians would be this stupid. Well, perhaps Saakashvili, but he is an exemplar. *cough*

Old inertial guidance missiles are used by Yemen Houthis... measuring accuracy is irrelevant. The patriot missile need to disable the warhead too and it's not easy feat. In the gulf war, scud missiles had their warhead hit 9% of the time while most of the interception resulted with a warhead hitting ground and exploding.
It is delusional for the US and EU and MSM to think they could somehow convince China from backing Russia. It is like they have short term memory.
