Are these numbers correct:

Then two-thirds of the Russian army would have marched into Ukraine. Who then guards Russia's borders?

Interesting that the U.S. is claiming to have intelligence into:
1. Russian top level military decision making
2. Putin's personal behavior
3. Russia's communications with China, and
4. China's internal deliberations
5. Xi being "unsettled"

If you're Russia and China, if this intelligence is true, then you have to be wondering where it's coming from. It's interesting that Russia and China aren't releasing information on internal U.S. decision making, for instance. Confidentiality and intelligence is important business that cannot be neglected. But the question remains how much of it is true and how much is propaganda.
Well has Chinese counter espionage been sleeping 2021? Because in 2020 think tank blob told us China cleaned up US spy networks.

Nah I think the US is just throwing shit at the wall hoping some of the shit will stick in the metaverse because they are losing connection with reality.

Demetri is a CIA-front, so consider this tweet as a CIA press release
"#NewChinaRussiaScoop – US told allies that Russia requested 5 types of military gear from China, including #SurfaceToAirMissiles. Also #drones, armored vehicles, logistics vehicles & intelligence-related equipment. US did not provide underlying intelligence in cables to allies."
If the Russian defense industry can't produce those systems (especially SAMs, AFVs, and logistic vehicles), then Russia is really screwed in the long run.

If the report is true then,
I think they can produce them but most probably they lack production capacity to produce them in high numbers

Its one thing for example to build 10 drones per year, and another thing to be able to build 200 (made up number) drones

You can have the production capability but then lack the production capacity

The others could be possible but surface to air missiles? What even is there to shoot down?

"We know all locations of foreign mercenaries in Ukraine. More surgical strikes will continue to be delivered against them, like the one carried out on March 13 against the training centers in Starichi and at the Yavorovsky proving ground," Konashenkov said. "Let me warn once again that the mercenaries will see no mercy wherever they may be in Ukraine’s territory."
You know the rules: mercenaries are not covered by laws of war.
