Some black markets have Kalashnikovs, grenades, RPGs. In the Ukraine it is tank engines and A2A missiles.

Ukraine is the most corrupt country on the planet. Most of the gear that the west is giving them is ending up on the black market, not being used by Ukrainians. Some of it is even being sold to the Russians. They make Afghanistan look like honest people.

I also blame OSINT types for trying to pretend the country is not a den of corruption anymore because it might hurt their think tank cheques.
