Another new update photo on the 076 LHD and the three 054AG/-mod FFGs.

As the construction is reaching the flight deck level, the possibility of having two EMCATs onboard seems to have reduced significantly, with the one EMCAT visible on the port side likely to be as long as those found on Fujian.

I don't see the point of giving it full length catapult then. If they wanted it to launch heavy UCAV like GJ-11/Okhotnik/X-47B that as heavy as manned aircraft might as well give it the ability to launch manned aircraft.

This ship sure is confusing. It’s very likely whatever they intend to launch is in a lighter weight class.

only one catapult? I am just as confused as the comments above. Isn't the whole novelty of this ship a strike first vessel?
