On the subject of co-axial decks, this is my design for the deck layout of a pocket nuclear CATOBAR carrier with simultaneous takeoff and landing capabilities for FC-31 and drones.
Length is 666 feet. Beam is 135 feet. Waterline beam is around 75 feet.
The propulsion is nuclear, which saves deck space due to smaller island.
Total aircraft complement is around 30 aircraft, helicopters, and UAVs.

Which raises the question, Is this the Type 076 as suggested by earlier reports, or is it a Type 075A or whatever? A stern lift, together with arrestor wires, doesn't make a lot of sense.
Stern lift - largely confirmed
(EM)CATs - at least 1x confirmed
So, how is it recovering whatever it is launching with that(those) catapult(s)? Surely it would need arresting gear?
You should probably try looking at the photos posted on this thread.
He said largely confirmed, it dosn’t mean 100%. The photo certainly shows evidence.
