To clarify, you're asking "which island has been installed on the hull"?
Based on this image, I suspect it is the forward island that has been installed.
The reason I asked to specify, is because on the page there were three posts with a number of different pictures, most showing the island that was installed on the hull, and one image showing an island which has yet to be installed (which I agree with acuriousplafan is likely the rear island).
It looks more like the forward island to me, particularly from the side on picture. I can't imagine them putting another island in front of the current location, but I could see them putting one behind.

Seems like the pri-fly is locationed at the port side aft corner of the aft superstructure? On 2-4 levels above the flight deck?
