Learning more and more information about Kaan, can't share but it really is another kind of a BEAST. Really living up to the meaning of its name, King of the Kings.

Sorry, kinda (not really kinda lol) hyped up after learning some details about its stealth, avionics, EW, EO systems etc. Again, can't share.


Btw Anka-3 will drop Tolun from her IWB.


Gökbey was delivered today (well, yesterday now)

Source is me and a friend of me asking the Baykar pavilion at Saha. Also confirmed by the image you posted, 4 Gökdoğans. (2 of them seems to be carried under the wings for some reason that I can't understand)

Kızılelma is also confirmed to be a wingman for KAAN now, they got over their problems I guess.


That's a win because now there isn't much need to develop (and burn money) to develop Anka-4.

Anka-3 + Kızılelma + KAAN (+smaller stuff like S-Simsek) will be the future fighting force composition of a KAAN wing


Also, Hürjet P2 (which is essentially the LCA variant) was supposed to fly today but I guess they delayed it in order to not interfere with the Gökbey delivery ceremony

First Siper SAM battery delivered to the armed forces:


S-Band guidance of SAMs is really a novelty. Leonardo is going to implement it in the next gen DDX class.

TF2000 is definitely going to have the same capability.
