I don't know whether the defense company is the only one to blame though. They have been stalling defense projects and more recently the Akkuyu NPP.

Turks will leave NATO anyway. West supports terrorists in Syria and Iraq against Türkiye and blocks Türkiye's defence system or subcomponent acquisitions which Türkiye uses against the very same terrorist group. The biggest common enemy was Russia. Well, those terrorists have killed more Turks than Russians in recent decades. So don't blame the Turks trying to defend themselves.

"We will launch low orbit satellites that will form the National Global Positioning System (GNSS).
The team will consist of about 100 satellites and will be a new generation GNSS.
This system will in a sense provide our independence in the skies. It will be very important and strategic in terms of our sovereignty.
These are being made with the income we obtain from unmanned aerial vehicles*.
We built 2 satellites, we were ready for launch but the launch was postponed. We will launch our first satellite this year."
Selçuk Bayraktar also shared brief information about Fergani's other projects:
"Our future goals include building 50-ton launch vehicles**."
