Interesting developments:

"The company that established the 155 mm artillery ammunition production line in the USA and the companies that will establish a light ammunition factory that I wrote about do not want their names to be disclosed to the public yet. Let me add one more thing. You will soon hear news about the Turkish company producing kamikaze drones in France, the Turkish company producing UGVs in the Czech Republic, and the purchase of one of the largest ammunition factories in Eastern Europe by the Turks."

I don't think this carrier design can function properly with any other aircraft except F-35B. If they truly want to realize their carrier ambitions, they either have to change the design significantly or they have to try to get back to the F-35 program as a customer of the B variant.

By the time the carrier will be commissioned (late '30s), a carrier capable Hurjet and Kizilelma will be ready with a high chance of a dedicated carrier fighter being ready too.

Hurjet? Wouldn't the KAAN be making more sense onboard than Hurjet?

Given how we've seen the J-35 on Liaoning (meaning that the J-35 is STOBAR-capable), if KAAN can achieve a favorable T/W ratio, then it should be able to do the same.

Unless, with the Queen Elizabeth-like looks, will Turkiye get her ordered F-35B soon?

It does look like Kaan on the CGI but still, this thing will take a lot of time until commissioning.

They never ordered F-35B. It was expected to be ordered because of the ski ramp on the Anadolu. Who knows what the future will hold.

If NATO wants a carrier+fighters in the Black Sea, it can only do so by NATO members in the black sea because of the Montreux agreement.

It looks like the Indian Vikrant carrier. But it is larger at 60,000 tons. So in between Vikrant and Queen Elizabeth.
Yeah, that's what I thought. The island is more like that of Vikrant while the ship itself is pretty much like Queeb Elizabeth.
