@sequ I hope they didn't order a lackluster amount of Legion pods as they did with Sniper cuz that'd be a big shame if that is the case....
That's a mere trivial matter as by the end of 2030 all F-16's will be modernized, dozens of Kizilelma-A and B will be in service as well as the Anka-3, 30-ish Block 10 Kaan, SOJ platform, Unmanned SOJ, Unmanned AWACS and perhaps EF-T4 etc.

The main worry is the next 3 years (24, 25, 26) being critical in that no new B70 and only the first non-AESA Ozgurs start to arrive. But from '27 onwards is going to be a watershed moment for the airforce as dozens of new AESA equipped platforms start to enter service annually.

F-16 aside, the quantity of missiles acquired is astonishing. Turkey had to allow Sweden NATO for this to happen. This means Turkey really wanted this for some reason, and need it fast. We may never know why until future.
Turkey had to date received 390 amraams from the US. That's per Sipri database. Meaning in reality, not even two amraams per every of their f16s. Though im combat units, due to maintenance and training requirements, they would have likely reached 2 per combat ready plane. With these 950 additional amraams and 40 more f16s, the ratio can in theory reach 5 amraams per f16. In practice, due to domestic missile, it's eventually gonna be higher still.

Consider the -B out of service when the B70 with their C8 start to arrive.

the TurAF will have 1200 C7/8 for 119 B70 while the Ozgur fleet will have the Gokdogan and Gokhan BVR missiles.
