To the Turks on this forum, don't you also believe that you are your own worst enemy?

I've never met a people that was so willing to sabotage their national successes out of feelings of inferiority and insecurity and/or to spite their opponents. And this isn't something recently, it's something that's been present for more than 70 years.
Unfortunately I wholeheartedly agree. I'd have said a couple of things about KK's inferiority complex and his desire to become popular but I'd have to get too political for it. How fortunate are we that we have to appoint an another ill-advised wannabe dictator to get rid of a dictator?

You know what? F.ck it.

His advisors are either seperatist traitors who support actual child murderers or are dumbass bastards who think drinking Alcohol makes them ""Atatürkçü" - someone who follows Ataturk's policies"

His voter base consists of both fanatic idiots or people who are forced to vote for him.

I'm a right leaning centrist and I consider myself to be a sensible guy. If there's anything I hate, it is being forced to do something.

Shame on us for not being able to learn from our history...

But this shooting your own foot thing is not just exceptional to us as @Atomicfrog has given an example.

We are a forgetful folk. Our memory is very short compared to other global or regional powers with inperial pasts. We have this tendancy to forget things over time and not learn a lesson.

This is the reason we are still dealing with PKK-scums and under-development of national high-tech brands.

The author Tom Newdick is a very nice guy and a long-time good friend of mine who edited all my books ... his latest work he's currently preparing may be interesting to some of you :azn: and Cem Dogut is anyway famous to most.

And now I'm reading this:

"CHP applied to the Constitutional Court on 8 February 2019 to cancel the founding decree of the Turkish Space Agency."

Like what in the actual f*ck. Is this even true?

Haluk striking back at CHP head Kemal Kilicdaroglu:

Mr Kemal, if we really had any value in your eyes, you would have stood up to your deputies, mayors and some of your alliance partners when they accused our domestic and national UCAVs, which put an end to terrorism against our people, of being "killers" and you would have said a single word that this allegation is not true in any way.

But you did not!

Moreover, now you claim that we are "politicised" when we express our concerns about the future of our country and our youth, even though we do not mention politics in a single word.

We are busy fighting for millions of young people to have a bright future, but you are doing the real politics through the festival area on the opening day of #TEKNOFEST, where we and millions of young people flocked.

We have only one "politics" Mr Kemal; "National Technology Move" and accordingly "Fully Independent Turkiye". Because of these efforts, we have received and still receive threatening messages from terrorists, the PKK and their political extensions, not messages of support.

Remember that Turkish companies and Turkish youth are now doing the best in the world in many fields, and do not look for companies that will develop technology far away, Mr Kemal! In order to see them, it is enough to take a close and careful look around you!

Remember; TEKNOFEST is the conscience of this nation.

We have defended our goals relentlessly until now, and we will continue to both defend and fight for them from now on...

Our history is full of examples of people who have been stubborn with both the conscience and the interests of this country and the people, and now none of these people's names are remembered...

But Vecihi Hürkuş and Nuri Demirağ are still in our hearts...
