Your conclusion is a bit far fetched. Involvement of Pakistani engineer is not equal to Pakistan the state. These Pakistanis are after all employees of Turkish company, their knowledge and intellectual contribution are wholly Turkish, not Pakistan.Interesting Pakistani involvement in the TF-X program:
