IMECE observation satellite will be launched on 11 april. One IMECE satellite is being produced for an allied country and has also been shortlisted by another country.

Mr Mandal: "We are producing 2 IMECE sub-meter cameras for a friendly and allied country. We also participated in the tender to produce a satellite for a friendly country. The preliminary stages are over, we are shortlisted.”

The Turkish group Baykar showed a video of the test launch from the Bayraktar Akinci UAV of the Roketsan IHA-230 supersonic missile. The launch was made from the fourth prototype of the Akinci B UAV, equipped with Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 series turboprop engines instead of the previously installed Ukrainian AI-450T engines. Supersonic air-to-ground missile IHA-230 - can operate day and night at a distance of up to 140 kilometers. The missile is an effective means against stationary ground and sea targets, radars and air defense systems.

Uhh, can someone explain why the tail of the rocket is spinning? Some kind of anti-spin stabilization?

Yeah. that's what called as "Free to roll tail". That will reduce the missile's tendency to spin. Thus simplifying the canard control. It's kinda common in MLRS rocket and some AAM's e.g Python 4-5 and Derby. As well as SAM's e.g Russian 9M96,9M100, Osa/Sa-8 and Tor's 9M331 missile.

"We can see sonobuoys and light torpedoes on Bayraktar TB3.

As Baykar, we are developing the KEMANKEŞ light cruise missile that can be launched from Bayraktar TB3. It is very light and has a range of several hundred kilometers. We will introduce it at TEKNOFEST."

"Bayraktar TB3 will take off with its own engine power without the need for any equipment.

TB3 will also stop with its own braking power because it has a special braking system and aerodynamic surfaces, and the friction coefficient of the runway ground is also a bit high."

"KIZILELMA is a platform that weighs 8.5 tons and carries a payload of 1.5 tons."

"Only KIZILELMA (on TCG Anadolu) will need arrestingcables. Because KIZILELMA is a much faster and much heavier aircraft."

"Bayraktar TB3 will make its first flight in 2023, and in 2024 our efforts to deploy it to TCG Anadolu will begin.

We will start mass production of KIZILELMA at the beginning of 2024, and it will be deployed to TCG Anadolu in 2025."

No one knows. I don't think the aircraft carrier that is planned will have catapults. The President mentioned today that they are in talks with various countries about an aircraft carrier.

I could've sworn I've heard about EMAL but I could very much be mistaken.
