US Pres. Trump: “Nothing Can Be Done” By China, Canada And Mexico Right Now To Forestall Tariffs
- Have Big Deficits, And Tariffs Are Doing Something
- May Increase Tariffs, Says Canada Has Treated US Unfairly
- Not Looking For Concession

I wish Trump actually posted this and got a fact check that goes — “actually…”

Yeah, as I previously wrote, if Trump thinks he can cut Colombia from international finance, due to a few immigrants, imagine what he could do to everyone else. Previously those kinds of sanctions were used only as "nuclear options" against a few countries globally most hostile toward the US and extreme in actions, such as North Korea and Iran. However, Trump broke all of this. Not to mention that he is also willing to tariff allies for no reason, or steal their territory. So, all this will accelerate de-dollarization paradoxically as everyone would look to build safeguards and alternatives at least as a part of their economic and financial planning or they could be next suddenly. I think that this level of actions that Trump did in the last few days overshadows all the developments in terms of the decline of the American empire I observed from 2020-2025.

Hehe, tariffs on China lol

I have said all along that China is willing to go a lot farther against US this time around. Seems like orange man thinks this is still 2018. Current China is incomparably more powerful than what it was 7 years ago

US should be very careful because if for the first fight it picks such a tough bone to try to chew on, rest of his tariffs to other countries will be much much weaker which will shatter the illusion of the powerful US Empire to the rest of the world. They are playing a very stupid game, and as per custom, they are going to win a very stupid prize

China should do something that will exacerbate their inflation even further, as economic retaliation, as this is the US pain point, no matter what the fake data shows and underscores it. Then people will be squeezed even further, rebel faster, and the empire's core will collapse even faster. As opposed to doing something like targeting some individual 'American' companies like Apple or similar from operating in China, which is more like an international company. That will not affect the widespread imperial collapse much (if they are serious). Also, China pretty much switched most of its agricultural imports from the US to South America already. I think that they should therefore go for restricting exports of some super inflationary industrial categories like rare earths, industrial materials, chemicals, parts, machinery, pharmaceutical APIs, etc. But do this slowly to still leave a nuclear option on the table in case of an actual hot war. But, the tariffs already hurt the US more, so not much to do.
