FORT MEADE, Md. (April 15, 2009) Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Kathleen O'Keefe is congratulated by the Rear Adm. Frank Thorp, Chief of Information, during her graduation ceremony at the Defense Information School at Ft. George G. Meade. O'Keefe is the first Defense Information School graduate to receive the Bobby McRill Award for outstanding performance at Defense Information School.
