WATERS NEAR GUAM (July 8, 2014) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91) and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) ships conduct tactical maneuvers during GUAMEX 2014 in waters near Guam.
