Interesting armor addon for small bomblets and less cumbersome than cope cage. Can they be installed on curved surfaces ??? I think we will see up armored self-propelled howitzer emerging in the next decade with active protection system.Very close up video of the hedgehog armour on the top of a German PzH2000 in Ukrainian Army service.

Is this another variant of the Storm Shadow? I thought the Storm Shadow was larger and more box-like in shape.
I haven't followed all the details of the war closely. Can anyone update how is the Ukranian offensive going? The western media articles are portraying that the offensive is slow but still gaining more ground. Is this the case? What is the big picture assesment of the war at the moment?
Can Russia hold on to the land it already controls? What about the prospect of making new territorial gains? Or are they losing the war?
The AFU offensive in the south has been pretty lackluster thus far. In the first 2-3 weeks they focused on assaults using armored columns across the open fields of Zaporizhia. This resulted in heavy losses due to to Russian minefields, airstrikes, and artillery; with only a few villages re-captured and a ton of lost NATO supplied equipment to show for it. Recently I believe they've pivoted to smaller scale infantry attacks which has resulted in some incremental gains, but likely at the cost of higher casualties. The AFU still hasn't reached the first Russian line of defense so I think Russia's position in zaporizhia is relatively secure for now. I don't see the offensive on that front going anywhere fast unless the AFU can find a way to negate Russia's artillery and airpower advantage in that region.I haven't followed all the details of the war closely.
