The War in the Ukraine

this thing tho requires Ground control or seeker smart enough to get to target.
But if you are going to hit a stationary target, lets say a meeting place you know its going to be used at certain time of the day, you could launch one of those things and let it loiter over the target high enough to avoid being heard and set an internal clock to hit the target at the expected time.

That doesn't require anything fancy, does it?

Sure thing, they were probably Polish or American. Shipped from the port of Odessa.

Those guys weren't "infiltrating". They were "drafted". And they just showed how much they didn't like this.

Yet the videos of the Ukrainians revolting and deserting en masse from around June and July were totally Russian fakes and plants, right?.

I suppose they will use them as some sort of arty?
Direct fire more likely. They are very useful for anti infantry role. A hit from one of these to a human body will turn it into tbone steaks and hamburger meat. (With the proud showings of cannibalism in UAF a few months ago it should be good news) It was an isis favorite in Syria, and coincidentally Syrian forces used anti aircraft guns for direct fire support as well.

They will use it as indirect fire support. Do I need to explain what that means or do you already know?

Update:
I was reluctant to post this but several sources have already posted and are claiming the same, the most interesting thing is that not only China is issuing this order but also Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Serbia, Tajikistan and Belarus according to the @WarfareReports

Meanwhile, more Russian troops arrive in Belarus, it is worth remembering that it is already confirmed by GEOINT that troops in Belarus are already 20 km away from the border.

Musk said he will continue to offer Starlink services for free, but recently one of the Baltic states - if I'm not mistaken Lithuania said Ukraine's allies should pay for Starlink services, Washington is shifting the burden of cost to its allies in Europe.

From Belarus they can easily lob Iskander and drones to take down Kiev region's power plants and electric substations. The distance is short.
Yes, that's less than 300 km from Gomel to Kiev, very close indeed. But I think the main objective of this new front if it really starts will be to advance towards Lviv and not Kiev, they should probably ignore Kiev or just launch a distraction attack to hide their main objective, to close the Ukrainian border. Let's wait. But everything seems to indicate that the new front can really begin, even more so with the indication of the issue of Chinese evacuation.

Were these foreigners there on Feb 24th or did they leave and come back when Russia retreated from Kyiv? Also Kyiv got hit a few days ago by missiles and drones maybe this is the result of those attacks?

As for Belarus... I think this time Ukraine will hit Belarus if Russia ground forces attack again. Ukraine didn't really have the capability on Feb 24th but now they do. I wonder if Belarusian forces are involved will Poland go rogue.

Russia would need to include Romania and Hungarian borders as well as Poland's. Given the Russians are strugling to protect their own border towns I think that is unlikely.

Hopefully they are gunning for Kiev, but it could just be an act for negotiations.
