So simply a case of bad luck then it seems like. Interesting choice to put a RnD office right next to a powerplant.Samsung's building is right next to one of the targeted thermoelectric plantsView attachment 99125
Woah how many power plants did they blew up in one morningThe situation is very serious, there may be a power shortage of 1 GW, due to which there may be rolling blackouts during peak hours in the evening
Ok, but diesel engines can be supplied from the EU or replaced with trucks on roads. As more of the civilian population leaves, less infrastructure is needed and more trucks that previously supplied civilian warehouses can now carry ammunition. I do believe it's a good idea to destroy this type of infrastructure, at least it will remind countries like Georgia that even if they win on the battlefield, their country will end up devastated. But it's not going to stop the Ukrainians from fightingFunny how dual use civilian infraestructure suddenly should be off-limits and attacking them becomes "terror bombings".
Most of the logistics in Ukraine are done by rail which is 45 electrified, and the majority of Ukraine's rolling stock is electric.
Out of +1800 trains, only 300 are diesel
Why are you posting here some random tweets with agenda coming from completely anonymous and unverified users? Let's keep those worthless "sources" out of here maybe.Woah how many power plants did they blew up in one morning

Well anyone that thinks Ukraine taking some territory from Russia equals to Russia losing the war, might be drunk on some strong Vodka. This is what happens when Russia starts to up the ante even a little. I wonder if Zelensky has some rope available……Straight from Z himself, indeed Russians are targeting power infrastructure in particular. Kharkiv is entirely without power now.
Civilian population cannot leave. Men in age group of 18-65 are banned from leaving Ukraine. Loopholes that were used to get away, getting shutdown.Ok, but diesel engines can be supplied from the EU or replaced with trucks on roads. It is too early. 300k(or more) of mobilized are still in training and forming new units. I suppose offensive would start in November or even December.I think now would be a good timing to start a counterattack on the eastern front, especially after Belarus' threats which will force Ukrainians to devote some attention to their flank.
I had seen reports of 11 power plants being targeted. Basically all large power plants of Ukraine that are still controlled by Ukrainian side except hydro and nuclear.Woah how many power plants did they blew up in one morning
