Ukraine has made significant progress as it pushes back Russian forces but it is not possible to tell if the war is at a turning point, U.S. President Joe Biden said on Tuesday.

Asked whether Ukraine has reached a turning point in the war, he said: "The question is unanswerable. It’s hard to tell. It’s clear the Ukrainians have made significant progress. But I think it’s going to be a long haul."

According to Official Telegram of ASB Military News - preliminary information suggests that Russians hit the hydraulic structures in the Karachun reservoir.

Russian strategic bombers carry out a massive attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure in Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s hometown of Krivoy Rog — water levels are rising sharply. Mobile internet is out and electricity supply is out according to residents. People are stocking up on water as water pressure drops across the region.

After a missile attack on Krivoy Rog, water rose in the Ingulets River and demolished the crossing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Davydov Brod area.

I think they still have electricity. ASB said their sources say their homes still have energy. Doesn’t look like any electrical infrastructure was hit.
