The War in the Ukraine

First video confirming the use of the Excalibur 155mm round in combat with the M777A2 howitzer by the Ukrainian Army . We have to mention that waiting the arrival of the German donated Vulcano 155mm ammunition there's nothing more modern that this system in the Ukrainian theater
Some interesting things we saw the past couple weeks

@MarKoz81 was correct that they jury-rigged HARM into MiG-29 with a separate firing mechanism

I was correct that without M777 would use a portable system if DFCS was removed
I can't remember who it was discussing with me, but they asked if I had inside info (no, just my assumption) because this set up using EPIAFS was only proof of concept (until now I guess)

Ukraine had 7 million people fit for military service in 2015 and 470,000 were reaching military service annually since 2021. Given the draft, they are not going to run out of cannon fodder.
How many left after Russia gets serious and drops FOAB on them?
That is why the elites in London, Washington, etc are so gleeful.
That would be particularly useful if it were true because then they can rub their hands together in glee and not need Russian heat for the winter!
Against that is some 150,000 professional Russian soldiers. Even if the Russians kill 10 Ukrainians for every Russian, they will still run out of volunteers before the Ukrainians run out of draftees.
So after Russia's done kidding and sends in some real numbers, then the Ukrainians will be at the point where there are hardly any military aged men left? That's Ukraine winning this? LOL Basically, Ukraine absolutely depleted and as Putin says, Russia has not even begun to fight. And that's assuming Russia contined to "not begin fighting." If Russia plays hardball, we start talking about using weapons that wipe out thousands of Ukrainians without a single Russian loss, just a plane overhead, then everything under it gone.

The past few weeks are clearly horrible, the number of family broken just by the offensive in Kherson will be probably astonishing. Russia are just eating them up, equipments and souls. All of that for nothing, the line didn't change, it's just a bloody status quo, grinding people down and creating a morbid a destroyed landscape. Politically, giving up and letting Russia creating their Novo-Russia is bad looking but for civilians and civilians turned soldiers it would be salvation.

Do you really believe that the Ukrainians are the only ones who are taking casualties... Thousands of Russian soldiers are dying every day in Ukraine, thousands of militiamen from the separatist republics and thousands of Wagner mercenaries... The last few weeks have been a carnage, and the separatist troops and invaders have been hit hard too, I don't know why some want to hide that reality and make believe that those who suffer are only the Ukrainians, while the invaders are safe.... It must fall to reality

The last few weeks have seen more POWs and destruction of Russian equipment than the last 4 months... The last time something like this was seen, it was at the "goodwill" retreats in kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy

Some advice for you, if you want to talk about reality, perhaps you should not say *thousands* of soldiers from multiple factions on the Pro-Russian side are dying *everyday*

Irrelevant. 90% of Russian man power in Donbas is rebels. Russians mainly provide artillery and air support. Russian casualty in the entire war has been minimal.

I've seen you repeat this FOAB thing a few times in this thread now, if Russia has lost su-34s against Ukrainian air defences, what chance do you think a heavy bomber needed to carry such heavy weapon will have?

Furthermore the problems facing the Russia military is not a issue of firepower, we have seen how much they are throwing at Ukraine already, using heavier ordinance is not going to solve the fundamental problem that Russia is not committing enough manpower to hold the land they push into.

However, here some assure that 10,000 Ukrainian combatants have died in the last week in the Kherson offensive, without any confirmation, without any study on the ground, beyond the maps made by analysts who sit on a sofa to draw .... In any case, how many casualties on the Russian side do we have to talk about for you to accept it as "reality"???

For all your claims, footage from the the Ukrainian side has been largely absent but there is plenty of the Russian side trashing ukrainian positions though.

If this was such a massive victory, that the Ukranians have refused to have journalists tag along, after shoving them into every nook and cranny where there was combat, speaks volumes of Ukranian leadership confidence in the operation.

Also, the Washington Post article pretty much debunks all of your claims

Before it was said that the troops in Kherson were mostly professional Russian troops... So those who fall in Kherson, the equipment that is being lost in Kherson and the broken defenses in Kherson, are more than 90% Russian, and some Russian volunteers...
