TLDR: Ukraine BCT power decrease from 81 to 60 while Russian increased from 93 to 108. The part Russia have taken is 80% of the valuable parts regarding food, oil and gas. Could be 90% if Russia takes some more. Northwestern Ukraine seems to not have much natural resources.
