It's a rocket, the fuel/oxidiser combination is usually very volatile.

well 5V55 missile for the S-300 is a solid fuel tho.

he question being is what the soldier or a team of soldier there doing to the launcher prior to shooting, as solid propellant is usually stable tho. It may cracks when shot but to get such catasthropic explosion, there need to be some sort of explosive charge detonated.

Another video from Ukrainian soldiers, this time it's soldiers who fled from Lisichansk, apparently one commander is unhappy with the other that they withdrew from Lisichansk.

To me it confirms that the Ukrainian withdrawal from Lisichansk wasn't planned. It happened spontaneously around week ago when Russians started shelling Ukrainian positions heavily. Instead of staying and fighting soldiers just started deserting independently, just like in Mariupol and Sieverdonetsk.
This is very good for morale. I bet when the Russians come in and encircle the town that commander will be the first to flee leaving his men to fend for themselves. Seems to me that Ukrainian command is very incompetent.
We are likely getting very close to a breakdown. A major mutiny. I think once Slaviansk is encircled with Bakhmut/Soledar and Seversk taken we will likely see mutiny and soldiers Turing on their commanders.

Smerch in action. With GLONASS guided round having range 120 km, can be used to hunt down HIMARS.

A Czech supplied Dana howitzer has been discovered and smashed.

update on situation

They say a number of M777 were destroyed near Seversk. Photos show a number of captured 155 mm shells.

Probably even more concerning is that some soldier (presumably) recorded the argument and posted it online.

I find the destruction of this particular S-300 to be suspicious,
It look seems pretty staged and this is probably just an abandoned broken down S-300...
Oh it was for sure staged for the cameras, and pretty badly so. I expect they slapped on a c4/semtex charge and expected only a little boom but ended up needing medical treatment most likely.

But it doesn’t change the fact it’s another Ukrainian S300 down.
