If an hundreds tons ammo dump explode... it explode... That emplacement was probably full and detonated. Some were empty some just burned.
That was a good hit, we have seen these soviet ammo dump explode throughout the conflict on both sides. If they still contain that amount of stuff, they are clearly not out of ammo.

I wonder if this will have any material impact on Russian forces in the days, weeks or months to come? Will they have to slow operations or do they have enough supplies elsewhere that can be moved quickly into position?

Unlike what some people claimed the new storage facilities did not all simultaneously fail though. The old storage facilities were all blown up. But in the new storage facilities only those buildings that were directly hit were destroyed.Russian ammo dumps were hit hard by Ukrainian drones:
I guess that guy under investigation in Russia who was responsible for building the new facilities can breathe a bit better after this.
