Well a crash is due to a pilot error or a malfunction. Hit by a missile means credit for Russia and possible negative credit for Western arms sales and prestige. The suspicious thing here is how fast they jumped on the microphones to announce this loss.

This is the weakness of forward deployed forces. Once the shell is broken there's nothing to hold back the surge and other parts of the forward deployed shell are at risk of being flanked and or encircled.
Happened historically many times too.
Now the claims is that the F-16 was shot down by a Patriot in a friendly fire incident
Does not sound too credible. Don't they use NATO IFF? How come they never shot down other aircraft with Soviet IFF with the Patriot?
M113 taken out in Korenovo this one went out with a big explosion. Taken out by Lancet.

Precise artillery strikes takes out Ukrainian ammo depot in the Kursk border region. Should note that arty units of both the 155th Marine Brigade and the Obtf Kaskad are operating in this front.
Ukrainian vehicle taken out by FPV from the Beaver unit. This unit is currently deployed in the Kharkhiv front in it's last known location, not sure if it's been deployed to the Kursk region.

Probably they dont have Soviet fighters operating in the vicinity or they actually did but no reports or attributed to other system.
Anyway IFF itself is not always reliable, they are also subject to same disturbances and constrain as primary radar. Even something as simple as maneuvering can prevent interrogation as the maneuver can shroud the IFF antenna, or IFF got saturated or even give wrong position of friendlies.
