All this while Ukraine is running out of soldiers and couple months ago Ukraine was short on ammo.

If you go further back you can say Russia controls less territory today than they did July 2022.

If war is about territory, then battle of Stalingrad was an insignificant battle in the eastern front.

A German medic said he was so troubled that he confronted his commander. Others boasted about killings in a group chat.

Hours after a battle in eastern Ukraine in August, a wounded and unarmed Russian soldier crawled through a nearly destroyed trench, seeking help from his captors, a unit of international volunteers led by an American.

Caspar Grosse, a German medic in that unit, said he saw the soldier plead for medical attention in a mix of broken English and Russian. It was dusk. A team member looked for bandages.

That is when, Mr. Grosse said, a fellow soldier hobbled over and fired his weapon into the Russian soldier’s torso. He slumped, still breathing. Another soldier fired — “just shot him in the head,” Mr. Grosse recalled in an interview.

Mr. Grosse said he was so upset by the episode that he confronted his commander. He said he spoke to The New York Times after what he regarded as unwarranted killings continued. It is highly unusual for a soldier to speak publicly about battlefield conduct, particularly involving men whom he still considers friends.

But he said he was too troubled to keep silent.

That's the other side of the coin when morale and military discipline breaks down. Sure, some soldiers stop fighting, but others fall into psychopathic tendencies, when there's no military policing to stop them.

I recall seeing this type of behavior among Wagner during it's last days as well.

War crimes such as prisoner murders are a well established part of American military tradition. Even Hollywood propaganda films such as saving private Ryan acknowledge it.

Just an example is how these two war criminals so casually discuss it. Note that they fully know the nature of their war crimes, which is why they cover their faces.

This might sound like a conspiracy theory, but does anyone think this war is like already staged with who the winners or losers will already be?

Russia stated they have like 700k troops in the operation, but they won't give a rough estimate how much Ukrainian soldiers they think are left or how much Ukraine is able to pull from the mobilization pool a day for the losses they inflict on the Ukrainians.

Ukraine can state how much soldiers they have and how much they can recruit while giving an estimate how much Russian soldiers they think are left or their estimated losses.

Instead, these past 2 years both sides gave us nothing and instead generated a lot of pro-ukraine and pro-russian autists slap fighting each other all over the internet

US SecDef stated that the Russians suffered casualties of up to 350,000 dead and wounded, I find that number quite acceptable.

Initial invasion force:
100-150 thousand professional soldiers between the SV and VDV
35-50 between DPR/LPR/FSB/Wagner/Chechens and Cossacks
Total = 135-200 thousand

Partial mobilization Oct/22:
300 thousand
60-80 thousand between Wagner's recruitment during the summer of 2022 until early 2023, in addition to volunteers who followed the mobilization of the 300 thousand
Total = 360-380 thousand

Volunteers 2023/2024:
540-640 thousand
Total = 540-640 thousand

Total strength: 1,035,000-1,220,000
Casualties: 350 thousand
Total = 685,000-870,000

Such numbers are very close to what Putin claims and provide basis for what US SecDef also claims about Russian casualties.

Interestingly, both sides may be suffering from a lack of military employment materials to equip their units mobilized and deployed in Ukraine:

This is hardly surprising. We keep reading about the latest something hundred million, something billion 'package'. But quite often buried in between the lines is that the money is for weapons orders that will be delivered years from now. The Czech 'initiative' to buy 155mm shells is particularly laughable as well.
