I would have thought something like Predator or WL2 would be ideal for hunting USVs and semi-submersibles. Long endurance, good sensors, large load of appropriate weapons. But Russia doesn't appear to have anything like that.
Second arrival of a FAB-3000 against a building used as a Ukrainian temporary deployment point in Liptsy. Ukraine is trying to build forces for counterattack here, but any concentration of forces is ideal for a big FAB.

Based on Media reports, Russia isn't really doing a big summer offensive that was rumoured. There also have not been that many gains in any of the sectors ever since the kharkiv incursion.
Instead we keep seeing Ukraine's success in using massive drone swarms to strike deep into Russia these days. Russia seems unable to stop it at all.
Is Russia losing the initiative to Ukraine due to these new changes?

The Russians stated Ukrainian casualty figures keep ramping up though. According to the Russians over the past week there were days when Ukraine lost over 2000 people a day (heavily injured or dead). They are definitively stepping up the pressure.

A divisions worth of Russian men and armor in Kharkiv is an offensive.... it just didn't go as predicted. Maybe the Sumy one will go better.

The Russians are advancing mainly in the direction of Pokrovsk. The opening of a front in Kharkiv would serve to force the AFU to withdraw troops from the front in Donetsk, which ended up happening, but Russian advances have been relatively slow from an overall perspective.
