When the official source of the Russian Federation says that the plane was not in combat operations, it makes sense that the crew was not complete

The version that is talked about about the Il-76 is even more absurd, since its crew is 6 to 7 troops, in addition to the fact that it only mentions crew members and not passengers, I would leave out the silly version that it was the plane carrying prisoners of war

Even if the Russians make a trial for such a downing it is highly unlikely the Ukrainians behind the shooting of an A-50U operating within range of Ukraine would be convicted.

You also omit that the Russian site does not state which aircraft was allegedly shot down. So while this isn't totally impossible a situation, I do remember seeing videos of the wreckage of the Il-76 back then, I wouldn't necessarily tie both stories together just yet.
