If this is the message they want to send, I am afraid that our dear leaders in the West live in another universe.
About the twitter message, he got some things wrong. For example Russians DO have a space warning system, and have had one for 50 years, the last update from 2015:
However, obviously this attacks tense the situation, and increase the possibility of an accident. As some other comment told above, before Russians could check the data of satellites with data from radars. Now, if satellite give a wrong warning, Russians does not have the other tool to confirm the attack, so they could answer to a wrong warning with their own attack.
But I think people is getting crazy thinking that there could be a nuclear first strike into Moscow. No one would be so crazy to do so even with all early warning radars destroyed.
The second strikes capabilities of Russia are enough to deter even the most crazy neocon.
This is just Ukrainians doing clasical ukranian crazy things like when they were attacking the Energodar nuclear power plant

Would not be surprising, they even use the same engine than su-24. Could be used for the same CAS missions than their Su-25 probably.

This poor soul didn't even know where he was deployed and received no training what so ever. He was deployed three days after he got kidnapped. He found out where he was deployed after the Russians captured and told him.

If true it's likely to complement the F-16's but all this is meaningless unless they get another Patriot battery dedicated to protecting these aircraft
That ASC890 will be manned by Swedish volunteer ??? No way they can train crews and technicians for those in a meaningfull time frame.
