Other media claiming he was part of "Pro-Russian" group "Slovenski Branci"

Who knows, seems like both sides making things up as they go along.
Makes no sense considering the guy was basically anti-Ukranian and wanted to cut all support.
Only thing F16 will achieve is to get ridiculiced and demystified as the rest of western weapons, and this is the main and only reasons they don’t send them.

The myth of the F-16 doesn't make sense considering they got hounded in Serbia where NATO couldn't really get fully rid of Serbian air defences in a far smaller country with far more outdated AD network and surrounded by NATO and allied countries. If we were talking about F-15's or Typhoon, I could maybe understand the hype, but not with MLU F-16's from the early batches.

Since everything is a decoy nowadays, maybe those were decoys too, lol

There is no both sides making things up. It is obviously EU/US media inventing smoke to hide Something planned by them.

I agree that it is likely a smoke show. That being said, the post cited by the OP said his wife was a Ukrainian refugee, something that simply could not logically exist before 2014 earliest. His age is 71, so unless he got remarried late in life, sounds suspect. Note he has a grown son.

Yes, agreed, but clearly we see both sides trying to craft a narrative around motivations that are not yet clear. Maybe the guy was just a huge Jodie Foster fan in the end.

There had already been evidence of destruction of equipment, from images offered from Russian sources

For the unbelievers, who say that "everything is fine", "nothing happens", "they only attacked decoys", nothing better than high quality images, so that they leave their absurd fanatical narrative, and deal with the subject with a little more serious

Hi all, I found this video doing a comparison of NATO tanks and Soviet tanks on the Ukraine battlefield:

I'd be interested in hearing what the video got right, and what it got wrong.
I think everything makes sense, but the point about production is a bit off mark. It's not like the US has no tanks to send, they just don't want to send them because they have classified DU armor. Russia is able to keep up production of a large number of tanks because of large increase in military spending and also the huge stock of soviet era equipment they can pull out of storage, they did not manufacture 1500 new tanks a year from scratch, not even China can do that.

Highly likely he is a widower or divorcee that got remarried later in life.

That's only 4ish tanks per day. Bet China can do that 10-fold if there was a real war time need for it.
