That projective seems awfully slow for a Krasnopol as it is clearly visible coming in on target. Could this be confirmation of a laser homing Lancet or Lancet equivalent?
There has been a few times I was able to catch an artillery shell or even a Krasnopol visually on footage.

Another possibility is a lower velocity projectile, like a 120mm mortar fired Gran or Kitolov, which are basically Krasnopols on a different caliber.
