The 15th MR Brigade 'Black Hussars' gets credit for nailing the first Abrams. This takes place near Stepvoe, northwest of Avdeyevka, the focus of another Russian advance. The tank was hit by an FPV drone and finished off with a grenade launcher. As for the M1150 previously nailed, the vehicle is reported captured and those who captured it got extra financial incentive.

That was fast.. maybe like 24 hours after being spotted. So where were Ukrainian fighters and helos or even Bradleys to escort the thing ?

You are being sarcastic right? ;) Abrams getting nailed as soon as they move up to the front is the only reasonable expectation since Russia has air and fire superiority across the board. The only real question was what would kill one first.

Footage of the military chronicle of the fighting in Ukraine, the 70th regiment of the 42nd motorized rifle division of the Russian army. In the video, an armored group consisting of two BMP-3s enters Rabotino and lands troops. Reportedly, the landing force was landed at one of the schools in the village, which was alternately occupied by the Ukrainian and Russian armies during the fighting. The BMP-3 was adopted into service in 1987 and is capable of transporting up to 7 troops. Judging by the video, the BMP-3s are not equipped with additional armor. It is not shown in the video, but later the position of the paratroopers was attacked by one drone; in the Ukrainian version of the video this is shown, but the video was made from different frames of unknown videos.

It only seems to me or Russians have increased a lot the usage of Tornado S.
In the first part of the war they didn’t appear at all, or they weren’t noticed.

Probably result of the expansion of Russian military budget and industry. Providing more rockets and also more surveillance drones

The existing Tornado-S uses a MAZ launch truck made in Belarus. The Russians had plans to make a variant of the KamAZ Typhoon truck in Russia proper that would be a carrier for the Tornado to avoid this import dependency.

But there were delays in getting the Typhoon into service, and with the war they just bit the bullet and ordered the Belarussian trucks.

Once again, no political discussions and hypothetical what-ifs. Warnings and, if the conditions are met, bans will be issued if such discussions persist. This is a military thread, not a political one.
