I recall last time I posted a video of Russians going through a trench with AFU soldier bodies collection weapons and finding one of the bodies to be female some said it could be a faked video.
Well here's another instance of what looks like female AFU soldier fighting in the trench. This squad's trench was overrun by Russian combined arm assault but lucky for them two Bradleys showed up and picked them up in time, although the FPV female was woundered in the process.
I won't put that much into it as women in the military is a Slavic military tradition. The Slavs were already Equal Opportunity before there was Woke. The Soviet Union's most renowned sniper ace in WW2 is a woman, and a legendary night bomber wing are all by women. Germans report that Shturmovik back gunners were often women. Recently, a notorious Ukrainian woman sniper was reportedly killed by a Russian sniper from the Special Forces. The Russian unit that captured the first Stryker unit in Zaporozhye was commanded by a woman, and she and her comrades had a selfie with that vehicle. There were all sorts of women commanders in the presence when Putin visited a headquarters and made a speech there. Recently there was a video of an interview of a woman soldier in the AFU 47th Brigade that was in tears as saying that most of her squad are dead and most of the people she knew of. It was reported the 47th Brigade has a higher than average proportion of women soldiers, The described encounter above is likely with the 47th Brigade in Avdiivka fighting with Storm-Z and ex-Wagner troops.
Ukrainian POWs being converted into Russian soldiers.
Other than the Indian and Eastern SS division being created from POWS (Even a british one lol) I wonder if there are other examples of this happening
The entire DPR and LPR are technically ex Ukrainian anyway and early in the war, and even before that, there were AFU members who switched sides. Big mistake for the AFU to draft people from the Russian speaking east side of Ukraine. Switching sides were already there back in 2022, and the Azov Battalion was there to make sure it doesn't happen by shooting at surrenderies.
Units that have ex-AFU members are typically DPR volunteer special forces units, some of whom are the most notorious for their drone work, including the obtf Kaskad or Kaskad Battalion, the Sudoplatov Battalion, the Sparta Battalion and the Somali Battalion. These forces have already made a big mark in the conflict.

In the Sumy region, a Russian DRG ambushed a Ukrainian Bukhanka with military personnel on it. There is constant Russian infiltration of the region doing raids and reconnaissance, suggesting that this area maybe the next front for a potential Russian cross over from the border.
