Let’s not forget that both armies have downgraded capabilities. But such are attacks in this war. Casualties will happen. So far, Ukrainians seems to have had advantage in ISR/artillery and counter-battery. It will be hard for Russians to wrap it up there
Lancet strikes do seem effective in counter-battery. So I would not say that Ukrainian side have advantage.

I already debunked this myth here before. The "advanced" Western long barrel artillery has about the same range as the Russian's 2S5 Giatsint-S. The 2S5 has an L54-caliber gun. Russia has like a thousand of these artillery units, roughly half in service, and half in storage.
Compare that with the couple dozen long range artillery units the West sent to Ukraine...

As per Rybar report, earlier today Ukraine launched a massive missile attack towards Crimea for the third time within a week.

1) Su-24M aircrafts launched a total of 8 Storm Shadows towards Crimea, and to distract the air defenses, a number of AGM-88 HARMS and AGM-160 MALDS was also launched. A Mig 31 took of to intercept the incoming missiles.

2) On top of all these, another distraction was setup by Ukraine by firing a Neptune missile, this missile was shot down by another Mig.

3) Pantsirs and S-400s also worked on the missiles, six Storm Shadows were intercepted about 50 kms north of Crimean bridge over Kerch. Of the remaining 2 missiles, 1 fell into the water (shot down or suppressed by EW) while the other one hit a workshop. Fragments from the intercepted missiles had supposedly caused some minor damages to a parked ship nearby.

4) 3 more Storm Shadows were later launched but were also shot down by air defenses over Berdyansk.

5) 11 Storm Shadows were launched today and 10 of them were shot down. HARMS, MALDS and a Neptune was also show down.

6) No casualties are reported from the attack.

1. Has an airforce:

If they are dispersed and use road is hard to destroy them on the ground... still we see some destroyed on airports. Lacks of real time surveillance most probably. I think the first point is a bigger eyesore than the second... Russia lacks satellite/LR surveillance big time.

2. Able to fly it's airplane without getting shotdown:

For the Su24 and storm shadow, launching storm shadow is more like touch and go than real flight. A bit of level flight at enough speed and they onload their standoff weapons. It looks like air defenses are still able to push Russian airplanes out of the interception radius.

Trying to find more details about this but apparently Russia hit four times a Ukrainian training camp with foreign instructors near the Polish border with Iskanders and Gerans. Barracks and ammo depot were also targeted.

KUB also gets optical self targeting or auto locking.

A review of the Lancet strike that finished off a Leopard 2A6 of the AFU's 47th Brigade in Avdiivka reveals the autolocking indicator that appears in many Lancet videos of late.

Ukrainian tank gets a direct hit from ATGM fired by the VDV.

Russian managed to hit an AFU award ceremony with Iskander.
Either Russian SIGINT is much better in 2023 or more likely this is another tip off by locals.
To follow up on this:
It looks like this missile strike took out a colonel, a lieutenant colonel and a major, plus other officers. I'm not sure if they're the commanding officer and 2IC of 128th Mountain Assault Brigade.
