These look good but they have quite a high profile above the water. That increases their RCS for airborne radars and radar horizon for surface radars.

Isn't there a way to adjust the buoyancy to partially submerge it, or even only leave a snorkel and antenna above the water? That would drastically lower its RCS while still allowing for comms and air breathing engines.

It depends on whether ballast tanks were included in the design and construction.

This MaxxPro used a lot of luck and skill to avoid fire until it was hit by a mine. It didn't run over a mine, instead it was hit by a mine, a jumping mine. Still it managed to survive until at some point another jumping mine hit it.


Look at all the destroyed Maxxpros.


Switchblade 600 shot down, captured. Looks viable for examination later.


Russian MoD releases a promo video. This looks like a Nona SVK, a mortar system on a BTR-80. Rare vehicle but indicative that this vehicle might be having it's production scaled up lately. This vehicle is capable of firing Kitolov-2 laser guided shells, guided by a UAV.

Two knocked out Bradley with BRAT protection plus one abandoned T-72B3. Ironically, the T-72 was one that was captured previously from the Russians. Work of the 70th Regiment of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division at the Orekhiv sector.
