Now for his next trick he will personally abduct Putin and call himself the new president of Russia, just to troll Ukraine into attacking. Then 2 days later Putin forgive him and made a deal to get things back the way it was before. It is almost like a Simpsons episode where no matter how insane things return to normal in 2 days.

Nevertheless, the possibility is still above zero. I keep an open mind to this, and I accept my limited knowledge. We simply just do not know, and we should stop pretending that we know what happened until further information.

Forcing the Ukrainians to attack was one of the minor goals of this. This left the way clear for Putin to tighten up his control of the country, clean up the Russian high command (Shoigu will not escape this and Gerasimov must follow the same fate as Shoigu), Prigozhin is no longer a political threat, in addition to making with all those who want to overthrow his regime to come out of their anonymity, including part of the oligarchy, the exception here perhaps would be Kadyrov.

For all this to come true Prigozhin must be collaborating with Putin, which means he was never a threat and is the biggest supporter of Putin for doing all this for him. This makes no sense.

With all of this happening Putin will definitely have gained both the authority, and support, to take on old school top brass within the armed forces as their doing nearly caused a counter-revolution.

So, I went thorught the Telegram channels, but nothing there that showing ACTIONS about this "mutiny".

No firefight, nothing in cities.

Only thing that changed is the Wagner units now belong to the military, and there the state of emergency declared, and - most likelly - the population support it .

For me, it don't look like a random event, it looks more like a prescrpited chain of events.

What happened to the helicopters intercepting the Wagner column? I recall like a dozen helicopters were down.
