No way, Putin called Prigozhin a traitor. If he gets off lightly then that's serious loss to Putin's authority.
Shooting while there are ongoing negotiations with progress vs if there wasn’t any negotiations will garner a different response.
And this shows that the civilian government can be easily coerced and how the military and police forces can no longer maintain the stability of the government. This is unacceptable for any government.
Given that it is 9PM in Moscow. Putin isn’t likely going to give an update until tomorrow morning or maybe about 12 hours or longer.
They might have been given an ultimatum...
